The management of HRL is a  well-established organization involved in the natural rubber RSS trade since 1965, elevated to manufacturing premium quality ISNR-20, ISNR-10 and ISNR-5 grades of TSR from Kerala, a southern state in India since 1994 under "BASIL NATURAL TSR" a trusted and proven brand for quality and customer satisfaction.  

Our team, possessing extensive experience and technical expertise in the TSR manufacturing industry, is dedicated to delivering the highest quality TSR products to our clients. We guarantee the highest standards of procurement practices for field coagulum, ensure quality processing of rubber, and uphold consistency in production while prioritizing sustainability. 

Our administrative office is located in the Isaacsons building, opposite to the  Telephone Bhavan, Thankalam, Kothamangalam, Kerala, India. Under the guidance of Mr. K. I. Paul, the Managing Director, who has 40 years of expertise in the processing and trading of natural rubber, the group continues to thrive.
